Lol – I know who this must be!
Tomorrow is going to be a strength day. Folks are welcome to complete the WOD during barbell club at 8am if you prefer to get in and out early. Please move your name in MindBody if you want to come at 8 instead of 9!

Hey Jimbo, I think you get a DC for today… since you did not do the WOD in our 100 degree gym! Rx is “Hot Cindy” – like hot yoga, but less trendy 🙂
I second that. 100 degree heat should be the prereq.
I will take the DC for today over working out in the 100 degree gym. No “Hot Cindy” for me! This workout is hard enough without adding heat to it.

Jimbo–consider yourself lucky! John was handing out “no reps” at 6:15 like candy on Halloween (exaggerated a bit). Something about super strict form being important for a benchmark WOD 🙂

Ben I was no repped several times for my pushups in one workout awhile ago. When Nikki wrote the dreaded DC next to my name I was pissed. I did extra pushups after the workout because I was so mad at myself. I am sure Nikki remembers. I havent been no repped on pushups since.
Need to make this one up! Bummed I missed it.
