AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

  • 5 pullups
  • 10 pushups
  • 15 squats

WOD Notes:  This is one of the more famous CrossFit benchmarks and is a great test of muscular endurance.  It will be fun to see how far people have come!  Compare to 110816.

      Phil, I wish. I am so pissed. I was looking for something to do yesterday (since me and OHS don’t like each other) and the WOD I did had 120 pullups and 210 pushups. Not sure Cindy is a good follow up. I did do this a month ago and got 21 and 10.

      Brendan= corny. That being said I am pretty sure I will need skin grafting done on my hand after ripping it to shreds this morning…. just putting it out there.

    Pretty impressive to watch Scott push through the last round in under a minute to end at 20, though I was pretty sure he was going to kill Spotts when she told him he was only 6 minutes in when he finished round 8.
