Schedule Notes:

  1. All classes are 1 hour long unless otherwise stated.
  2. All athletes must complete Fundamentals Training or be approved by a coach before attending group classes. Visit our Getting Started page for more information.
  3. Advance registration is required for all classes. We limit class size in order to ensure quality instruction and your safety. Click HERE to register.
  4. Thursday’s Open Gym and Sunday’s Yoga class are free!

Class Descriptions:

Daily WOD 

A one-hour class where the Workout of the Day (WOD) is performed by all class members. This class is led by an ICA Coach from start to finish.

Open Gym 

Open Gym hours provide members the opportunity to work on anything they’d like, including personal goals, a missed Daily WOD, or supplemental strength work. Coaches will be available to instruct movements, oversee member safety, and answer questions. Open Gym is free for ICA members and those with an active punchcard.

Rotating Specials 

New to our schedule, starting January 2020, is a rotating specials class on Saturday mornings! This class will offer members the chance to focus on specific aspects of CrossFit in 4-8 week sessions. Our first session will focus on Olympic Lifting; future sessions are being considered for endurance, kettlebells, rowing, strongman, gymnastics, powerlifting, and more!

Power Yoga

A 60-minute Power Flow Yoga class that is completely FREE and open to the public! Add yoga to your weekly routine to improve your flexibility, stability, balance, core strength, and mental focus. Advance registration is appreciated.
