Complete 15-12-9 reps for time of:

  • thrusters (155/105# NTE 75%)

Complete 4 rope climbs after each round

WOD Notes:  If the 8:30 and 9:30 are full, remember the 7:30 is wide open to complete this workout!  Please pull your name out as soon as possible if you are signed up and cannot attend.  You should be able to complete the first 15 thrusters in no more than 3 sets.  If you know heavy thrusters are out of the question, we can drop it down to a lighter weight and double the reps.  Scale to 3, 2, or 1 rope climbs per round or 15 strict pull ups per round.

    For those of you setting up home gyms, there is a new warehouse in Phoenixville at 600 Hollow Road that is selling top line equipment from gyms that went bankrupt.

    The prices are really good and they have a ton of stuff. It is not a store, but the owners name is Jay, his number is 215-460-8025…call or text to make an appointment.

    They have everything from professional flooring to several styles of Olympic bars, weights (soon bumper weights) a ton of LA Fitness type of equipment.

    Hello everyone,

    I found a warehouse in Phoenixville this week that sells gym equipment at incredible prices from gyms that have closed. The location is 600 Hollow Road and is choc full of equipment. Place has only been there for five days.

    Gym flooring, weights, LA Fitness type of equipment, Olympic bars…and soon bumper weights.

    The owner’s name is Jay and his number is 215-460-8025. This is not a store front, you will have to call him to make an appointment. As far as I know the stuff is not “hot”, but the guy was ginormous and didn’t really ask. 😉

    Let me know if you have any questions, perfect for if you are opening a home gym.
