this was my first ever crossfit workout (i should have checked the blog before i came!) and it was killer. more killer? were the folks at KOP who completed “HELL-en” in less time it took me to complete the workout. i was impressed and humbled. if you’re scared to do this: COME OUT. it’s an awesome baseline to have under your belt, especially if you’re new.
