Is it 100 of each move before moving on to next move or can you break in down in smaller rounds of 15-20 and cycle through several “rounds”?
This is a benchmark wod so we didn’t set the rules… You must go in order! Dedinitely recommend cutting to half reps in the one or two movements you’re weakest in. Arms feel like jello after this one!!!!
