    And on this fortunate day I am no longer a Pukie virgin….after doing 50 pull-ups and some box assisted push-up…I felt the urgent need to puke out all the water I had during the workout….
    I liked the workout so much that I even puked after I got home….
    Now I have to go read some scholarly article about why u puke when u work out too much…
