- Snatch balance 1-1-1-1-1-1 then EMOM for 10 minutes of 2 hang snatches
- Complete 2 rounds for time of 25 pull ups, 50 deadlifts (155/105#), 800m run
- Complete 5 rounds for time of 2 rope climbs, 8 front squats (185/115#), 9 HSPU
- Complete for time: “Elizabeth” 21-15-9 of squat cleans (135/95#) and ring dips
- Complete for time: 100 DUs, 3 rounds of 25 push ups & 25 T2B & 2 rope climbs, 100 DUs
- Front squat 2-2-2-2-2-2 then “Bring Sally Up” squat challenge (135/95#)
