So a couple notes worth looking at:
1) In the video above the two men closest to the camera are Garrett Fischer (5th fittest man) and Jason Khalipa (2nd fittest man). Neither man successfully made all the squats.
2) Nikki and I just did this workout without any weight and I almost couldn’t make it to the end. Nikki, one of our most efficient squatters, thinks she can do this at 45#, maybe 65#.
3) Most people should be looking to do this as air squats. If you squat over 300#, consider doing it at 75 to 95#. Khalipa has a 450# back squat and failed, just sayin…
4) Get jacked up!

Did this last week with kids class…zero weight pvc pipe only…..legs were on fire!!! Super FUN WOD, wish I was in town!!! I would be stoked just to make it through every beat with woman’s bar 33#….Good luck Ya’ll HAVE FUN
