Come in between 4:30 and 7:30 to make up one of the last 6 workouts. This week the choices are:
- Clean and jerk skill work followed by 3 minute AMRAP of clean and jerks
- “J.T.” Complete 21-15-9 reps for time of HSPU, ring dips and push ups
- Complete 8 rounds for time of 2 power cleans (80%) and 5 box jumps (36/28″)
- “Hope” – Complete 3 rounds of 1 minute at each station: burpees, power snatch (75/55#), box jumps (24/20″), thrusters (75/55#), C2B pull ups
- Back squat 3-3-3-3-3 then 5×5 GHR
- “Griff” – Complete two rounds for time of 800m run, 400 m backward run
