Make Up Day – Jan 29, 2015

Come in between 4:30 and 7:30 tonight to make up one of the last 6 workouts.  This week the choices are:

  1. Banded Deadlifts 6×3 (100% 1RM combinde band/bar) then 6R/6L stone to shoulder
  2. Complete 30 reps of each for time: cal row, pull ups, wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′), KBS (53/35#), box jumps (24/20″), push presses (75/45#), toes through rings, walking lunges (15r/15l), double unders, burpees
  3. AMRAP in 10 minutes of 7 bent over rows (50/30#), 7 power cleans (50/30#), 7 push presses (50/30#)
  4. Split Jerk 9×1 (3×85, 90, 95%) then complete for time 21 KBS (88/62#), 7 wall climbs
  5. Complete 3 rounds each for time of 500m row, 15 power cleans (135/95#), 15 ring dips
  6. Complete in any order for time 10 rope climbs, 50 deadlifts (315/205#), 200 double unders
