Complete 4 rounds for time of:

  • 200 yd shuttle run with medball (20/14#)
  • 20 box jumps/step ups (24/20″ with 20/14#)
  • 20 wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′)

Rules: Don’t drop the ball.

      Legs are still pretty banged up but feel fine. Definitely opted for the step up instead of the jumps on this one.
