- 5-4-3-2-1 Clean and Jerk @ 80% of 1RM with 30 ft hand stand walk after each round.
- Max Height Box Jump then “Griff” Run 800m forward, 400m backward, 800m forward, 400m backward.
- Banded Deadlift 12×2 @ 50% 1RM then 5 rounds not for time of 5 zercher deadlifts (35% 1RM) and 10 toes to bars
- 3 Rounds for time of run 400m, 50 double unders, 25 burpees
- Overhead Squats 3-3-3-3-3, then 21-15-9 OHS (95#/65) and pullups
