2 minute AMRAP at each of the following stations:
- Rope Climb
- Sandbag Cleans (45#/25)
- Farmer’s Walk (135#/95)
- Dumbbell Push Press (40#/25)
- Kettlebell Swing (70#/53)
WOD Notes: Your score for the AMRAP will be total reps completed at all 5 stations. Each rope climb will be worth 5 points!

I couldn’t record every combination of weights and movements, but I recorded some highlights! Feel free to comment with more specifics so you have it to look back on
Results from 6:15am:
Matt – 175#, 82 pts (2 farmer’s walks at 125# and 2 rope climbs in the 2nd to last round!)
Emily – 65#, 113 pts (33 reps of the 35# KB)
Nicole – 90# (almost 95!), 74 reps (3 rope climbs and 20 KBS at 45#!)
Stephanie – 60#, 85 reps (2 farmer’s with the 65# barbells and 21 sandbag cleans!)
Joe – 215#, 82 pts (5 rope climbs and 16 KBS at 70#!)
Lindsey – 85#, 108 (52 KBS at 35#!!)
I should also mention we made the farmer’s walks worth 3 points if done with the barbells, 1 point if done with kettlebells.
