- “Annie-einnA” Complete 50-40-30-20-10-10-20-30-40-50 reps for time of double unders and sit ups
- Turkish get up 1 rep max R/L then overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
- EMOM for 7 minutes of 15 lateral plyo ski hops, rest 5 minutes then every other minute complete 30 Russian KBS (70/53#) with a 10 burpee penalty for not finishing
- “Badger” – Complete 3 rounds for time of 30 cleans (95/65#), 30 pull ups, 800m run
- Sumo deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 then 5×20 banded good mornings
- 50 push press (75/55#), 30 box jumps (24/20″), 10 power snatches (135/95#), 30 box jumps (24/20″), 50 push press (75/55#)

Congrats Nikki. I think you have officially gone viral. when I saw your crossfit post reposted by a friend and it has over 17k likes and 1500 comments in 8 hours. Also congrats on an incredibly impressive feat. I would love to do 1 muscle up ever, never mind 6 days before child birth. Thank you to both You and John for always inspireing me to push myself harder.
Thanks Brian! I sent it in to CrossFit HQ knowing it would spark some controversy… and I love me some controversy! Especially when it deals with pregnancy and exercise. This morning we’re up to almost 21,000 likes, 3,500 shares, and 1,800 comments. I’d estimate 400 negative comments and 1400 positive. That’s more positive than I expected! I like anytime we can get people to think about / talk about staying active during pregnancy.
