- “15.3” AMRAP in 14 minutes of 7 muscle ups, 50 wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′), 100 double unders
- Rack Pull 6×6 (7″) then 100 hollow rocks NFT
- AMRAP in 15 minutes of 1 rope climb, 5 push presses (70% bodyweight), 5 burpee box jumps (20/16″)
- Complete 20 rounds for time of 1 power clean (225/135#), 3 HSPU, 5 slam balls (40/30#)
- 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of Russian KB swings (70/53#) and box jumps (24/20″)
- Front Squat 8-8-8 then 10 minutes of pistol practice
