Football WOD – Jan 25, 2014

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:

  • 7 reps DB bent over rows (50/35#)
  • 7 reps DB power cleans (50/35#)
  • 7 reps DB push press (50/35#)

WOD Notes: Compare to CFFB WOD 150109. If there aren’t enough DBs, use barbells loaded to 125/85#.

Swim WOD: If you are joining us for the swim WOD, please be at the Radnor High School pool by 11:45. Bring $6 cash (exact amount strongly appreciated). There are still a few spots left if you want to join in!

ICA Kids: Tomorrow is the first ICA Kids class! Please show up around 8:45 am; class starts at 9:00 am.
