Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
- 7 reps DB bent over rows (50/35#)
- 7 reps DB power cleans (50/35#)
- 7 reps DB push press (50/35#)
WOD Notes: Compare to CFFB WOD 150109. If there aren’t enough DBs, use barbells loaded to 125/85#.
Swim WOD: If you are joining us for the swim WOD, please be at the Radnor High School pool by 11:45. Bring $6 cash (exact amount strongly appreciated). There are still a few spots left if you want to join in!

I agree. It was fun. We should do swim workouts more often.
