All evening classes are cancelled for tonight. The exact impact of the storm is still unknown, but we believe everyone will be safest staying off the roads (including your coaches)!

Schedule Notes: Based on weather predictions we plan to run the 6:15am class.  The 9:30 will depend on what the snow looks like; please check the blog before driving in. As of now we plan to close for all Monday evening classes (4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm) and Tuesday morning (6:15am, and 9:30am).  We will post final closings to the blog tomorrow, and note the cancellations in MindBody as well.

Apparel Notes:  If you want to order some of new ICA apparel, you have until the end of the day (Monday) to place your orders!  We plan to buy a very limited number of extras, so if you want some gear, you have to order it now! Please fill out the spreadsheet attached to THIS POST to place your order.  The tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet correspond to the different articles of clothing.

    OK, it’s 6pm so I’ll say it. Sorry guys, we jumped the gun on cancelling classes tonight. We generally don’t believe the media hype, but they got us good! We didn’t think it was wise to be on the roads when Phoenixville had declared a “snow emergency.” We’ll make it up to you!! Starting with this: The 10:30am Saturday class has been added to the schedule permanently. At least, for the winter months. Once it’s warm and you all are hiking/biking/running/beaching/traveling on the weekends, we’ll probably take it off the schedule again. But for now, no more scrambling to get one of 28 spots on Saturday mornings. We have a cushy 42 spots – plus Open Gym.

    Thanks to everyone who has emailed us apparel orders or posted them to the spreadsheet. We have enough for our minimum order, so we’re excited to finalize the numbers and get us some awesome new ICA gear! You can still place orders through the end of the night tonight.

    Stay warm and rest up. We’ll see you all tomorrow.

      Hey, I love the clean and jerks, but I will be there no matter what. Except for burpees. I think I will accidentally slip in the snow making it impossible to do burpees.
