Lunges with the barbell right?
The lunges are not with the barbell. I think it would be tough to make it under the 5 minute cap with the bar but I certainly wouldn’t stop anyone from trying it.
Any chance I can get into the 6?

Wait, the lunges were 5 per leg? You know what’s funny? Kinda… For my metcon lunges, I did 10 lunges each leg, for 5 rounds. No wonder I was the only one stumbling around like an a-hole afterwards…Damn, do I need to start paying better attention.
He’s not kidding about the lunges. 🙂
Definitely coming in Thursday for barbell club, my push press and jerk are all messed up.
