Workout of the Day
Complete a full Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
- Back Squats (95/65#)
- L-sit hold
- Ring rows
- Handstand hold
- Row (cal)
Rest 1 minute between movements.
WOD Notes: You’ll complete a full tabata of each movement before moving on to the next. You’ll record 5 scores: your total reps for each movement. For the static holds, record the total time in seconds that you were able to hold. (Credit to the CrossFit mainpage on 201105!)
ROWvember Notes: Friday we’ll release ROWvember #5! If you’re falling behind, come in during an Open Gym session to play catch up! Also – reminder that Ricky is running a Rowing Clinic this Saturday at 11:00am, and there are a few spots left!
