WOD Notes: Ideally all 3 sets will be performed at the same weight. This is a ridiculously hard task to accomplish and should be reserved for advanced squatters. Some scaling options are to do 3×10 at closer to 75% or to find a 20 rep max. Lift heavy and enjoy this paradigm shifting experience!
