I’m going to ask only because I was all confused the last time we had a workout like this…
Will we be doing 2 lifts during the minute or are we alternating lifts on the minute?

Just signed up for CF 717’s 3rd annual Battle Royale comp on July 18th. They have individual men/women, scaled and teams. Its at Lebanon Valley College and have 3 WODs + 1 in the finals. Most importantly, one of the WODs is in the pool! The website says that they will be taking full advantage of the football field, indoor/outdoor tracks and pool. (and from the WODs from 2014 they certainly did) Today is the last day to register to get the early bird rate of $65. Last years swimming WOD was actually just a 100m swim (4 laps), followed by a 400m sprint. Then a 500m row. I know there are some swimmers out there! Who’s in?
