    By the way, the new Men’s t shirts are in with the correct spelling! They have a white emblem on the sleeve rather than yellow so you can quickly tell the difference. They cost $20 or you can trade in your old shirt (it doesn’t even need to be clean).

      Gena it’s a “stretching and mobility” class that Coach Kehl has coined as MOGA (mobility and yoga…) It’s 30 minutes long and offered 2x/month on Thursdays. Definitely check it out!! No additional charge for it.

    I feel like a total loser but I just got back from Harrisburg and now I’m at the baseball field next door for a parent player meeting. I’m sorry I can’t figure out how to un sign up. I’m coming extra tomorrow and Friday! I SWEAR I’m not ditching because of the wod. Even though I would need the entire hour to do it.
