Deadlift 8×3 @75-85% 1 rep max

Complete 10 toes to post after each set

WOD Notes:  The focus on the deadlifts should be speed.  Get to a heavy weight and complete 8 sets of 3 trying to move as fast as possible with perfect form.

      Some quick barbell math says that is 405, not bad but I’m a little disappointed that his biceps are nearly twice the size of his quads. Good find Pete!
