Oh boy…that’s gonna be a lot of running.
Sweet. Looks awesome. I was planning on just going on a 6-7M trail run Wednesday night. With this much running, and fast, I may just have to sign up.
What can I sub for push ups? I can’t put any weight on my left wrist.
I would do pull ups instead.
