Daily WOD – March 6, 2012

Perfect push up form!

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

  • Max consecutive handstand push ups (or push ups)
  • 400m run

WOD Notes: Today’s score will be the total number of handstand push ups (or push ups) completed. You start with a max consecutive set, then immediately go into a 400m run. Repeat for 20 minutes!

    Aw c’mon Lindsey, it wont be that bad!! We clearly don’t make you guys run enough – this should be a fun one! I bet right now Natalie is thanking God that she did KBs today, and Chris is equally happy that he did not 🙂
