Workout of the Day
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
- Max consecutive handstand push ups
- 400m run
WOD Notes: Today’s score will be the total number of HSPU completed. You start with a max consecutive set then immediately go into a 400m run. Repeat for 20 minutes! Choose a HSPU option that will allow you to get at least 10-15 reps in your first set. Scaling options include: build an elevated target, modify to barbell/dumbbell push presses, do box HSPU or regular push push ups. Compare to 130731. Yoga Note: This Sunday, Oct 11, we’re hosting a FREE YOGA class at 11:15am. If you plan to attend please register asap; we will cancel the session if there is very low enrollment. Also – we received clarification that masks are NOT required for the duration of the class; please wear them to the gym but you can take them off when you are on your mat!
