I’ll be in at 4:30. I’m having a hard time gauging how afraid I am of this. If John replies with, “This is gonna be a fun one” then I’ll know.

My trip wAs going pretty badly, and then I found a crossfit gym in my resort.
It was 72 degrees and I was outside doing Joes Bday WOD.
