Tabata:
- DB power snatches (50/30#, alternate hands each round)
- tuck ups (aka lemon squeezers)
- KB sumo high pulls (53/35#)
- jumping lunges
WOD Notes: Tabata is a style of interval training consisting of 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work at a given movement followed by 10 seconds of rest. Complete all 8 rounds at one exercise before moving to the next. We will record total reps completed. The substitute for tuck ups will be butterfly abmat sit ups.

Hey all – you may have noticed that tomorrow (and last Saturday as well), we added a 10:30am class to the schedule. We don’t plan on having this class time every Saturday, but we’ll add it occasionally based on demand and my/John’s availability. Always remember that if 8:30 and 9:30 classes are full, you can do the daily WOD during barbell club at 7:30. Any questions let us know!
