  • 6 front squats
  • 6 box jumps
  • 9 front squats
  • 9 box jumps

Continue ascending by 3’s until the 7 minutes are up.

    You know what I hate? Sitting here right now, this doesn’t sound that bad, and yet I guarantee by the end of seven minutes I’ll be struggling to decide whether I’d rather throw up, cry, or just drop dead. Happy Tuesday.

      You should be doing the couch stretch instead of just sitting…sitting wrecks the hips.
