Workout of the Day
Complete each exercise for time:
- 800m run
- 150 double unders
- 1000/800m row (or 2000/1600m bike)
- 50 burpees
WOD Notes: You’ll have 5 minutes to complete each exercise, and you’ll rotate to a new station every 7 minutes (at least 2 minutes of rest). Treat each station as a max effort!
