Workout of the Day

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

  • 500/400m row
  • 7 bar muscle ups

WOD Notes:  There will be a 22 minute cap on this workout meaning each round should take ~4 minutes.  The scale for muscle ups will be jumping muscle ups or 7 pull ups and 14 push ups per round.
