Daily WOD – Apr 15, 2015

Complete both workouts for time:

5 rounds for time:

  • 10 burpees
  • 10 KB swings (53/35#)

and

400m sled drag (30% SDC)

WOD Notes:  In larger classes, one group will complete WOD 1 while the other completes WOD 2 and then they will switch.

Schedule Notes: There will be no 10:30am class this Saturday. Sorry for the late notice! Please join us at 7:30 open gym, or 8:30 or 9:30 class. We’ll run the 10:30am for a few more weeks before removing it from the schedule for the summer.

    What does SDC stand for?

    eQ it is Sled Drag Coefficient. To figure it out it’s pretty easy. Body weight plus max dead lift divided by Pi, multiply this answer by the cosign of 90 and then multiply by 30%
