- box jumps (24/20”)
- shuttle run (10 yds)
- hang power cleans (155/105#)
Repeat for a total of 6 rounds.
WOD Notes: We will record total reps completed in this workout. Pick a hang power clean weight that you won’t need to drop for the first 2 or 3 rounds.
