AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

  • 10 deadlifts (275/185#)
  • 20 sit ups
  • 30 double unders

WOD Notes:  Choose a deadlift weight that will allow you to complete each set unbroken.  Approximately 70% of your 1 RM would work.
