- Run 5K for time
- Complete for time: 15 thrusters (115/75#), 1 rope climb, 12 thrusters, 2 climbs, 9 thrusters, 3 climbs, 6 thrusters, 4 climbs, 3 thrusters, 5 climbs
- Banded box front squat 12×2 then (NFT) 4×10 banded hip extensions and 4×10 russian KB swings
- Complete 5 rounds for time of 5 S2O (205/135#), 15 box jumps (24/20″)

I love that cute little video and its even better because it Jason Mraz singing!!!!! I have occasionally felt like the fattest little bear in the video… I will be replaying this video if I feel like grinding a doughnut or a brownie 🙂

I have not been grinding pastries Karen! I said if I feel the need to grind some pastries, I am going to think about these little portly polar bears and rethink a possible bad decision!!
anybody doing the 5k around 4:30?
That video really made me wonder if the Coca-Cola polar bears are ok. Their ice caps are melting, they are getting diabetes … this isn’t good. If someone doesn’t help them soon, we aren’t going to have good ads during the holidays because they will all be amputees. And no one wants to see Coca-Cola ads with polar bear amputees. We need to get some polar bear biologists up there quickly. And while we’re at it, we should hire a law firm to go after Coca-Cola for giving polar bears soft drinks. Should polar bears even be drinking that stuff … and do they have adequate dental and medical benefits as a result? This is troubling stuff.

Kevin – I am deeply disappointed in your distain for Jason Mraz. Personally, I wouldn’t mind seeing amputee polar bears since its a real life situation. Some people and animals are missing limbs.
