Snow update: MOGA is cancelled for tonight, but we plan to open the gym for the regularly scheduled hours. Route 23 near us is plowed but still snowy. Please drive carefully if you choose to come in! We can’t vouch for the condition of the parking spots; you may want to throw a shovel in the car…

- “15.1” AMRAP in 9 minutes of 15 toes to bar, 10 deadlifts (115/75#), 5 power snatches (115/75#) then 6 minutes to find 1RM clean and jerk
- 20 Zurcher deadlifts NFT then 5×8 deadlifts (75%)

Moga Notes: Remember to sign up for Moga with coach Kehl tonight from 5:30 to 6. This is a great way to loosen up before the second round of the open on Friday!
Open Notes: Tune into the CrossFit games site tonight at 8:00 to see the announcement of 15.2 and watch two fantastic athletes compete head to head! Any predictions?

They burnt through 3 lifts last week, so I think it may be some horrible thing including any of double unders, muscle ups, wall balls and rowing or they may throw something new in to take advantage of the scaled division and have something like push press, box jumps and handstand pushups.
Predictions! PAIN!

Think i am going to opt to start drinking and take the kids sledding.
That is probably a good idea. The roads are just awful. If you do not have 4 wheel drive, you will get stuck.
Roads are seriously bad. If you don’t have 4WD / AWD I recommend not coming… Sorry to be a Debbie Downer!
