Come in between 4:30 and 7:30 to make up one of the last 6 workouts.  This week the choices are:

  1. Complete 12-10-8-6-4-2 reps for time of:  Clusters (135/95#), HSPU, KBS (70/53#)
  2. Snatch 8×1 (2 sets at 80, 85, 90, 95%) then 100 banded good mornings NFT
  3. Complete 10-8-6-4-2 reps for time of: power cleans (70%), heavy 50yd farmer’s carry after each round
  4. Front Squat 6×1 (3sec pause, 90%)
  5. Partner Interval AMRAP of slam balls (40/30#).  Complete 5R/5L lateral plyo skier hops and 5 shuttle runs at the start of each minute.
  6. Complete 3-6-9-12-15-18 reps for time of OHS (95/65#) and C2B pull ups
