- “12 Days of Christmas” – see Saturday for details.
- Complete for time 30R/30L KB step ups (53/35# to 20/16″), 50 strict pull ups, 100 banded good mornings
- Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 then max consecutive 10s pause front squats (50%)
