Come in between 4:30 and 7:30 to make up on of the last 6 workouts. This week the choices are:
- AMRAP in 7 minutes of 2 OHS (95/65#), 2 box jumps (24/20″), 4, 4, 6, 6 …
- Push Press 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 then weighted pull ups 1-1-1-1-1
- Complete 5 rounds for time of 10 front squats (70% 1 rep max), 100 yd dash
- Complete for time row 2k, 50 push ups, 15 squat clean thrusters (155/105#)
- AMRAP in 10 minutes of 10 burpees, 25 double unders
- Hang Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 then AMRAP in 3 minutes of rope climbs

I miss ICA!! hoping to stop by tonight and/or tomorrow night to say hi and introduce Carver to some of his ICA family!
