Rest 5 minutes
One minute on, one minute off for ten minutes:
- 30 Russian KB swings (70/53#)
For each round not completed within the minute, complete 10 burpees at the end of the WOD.

My calves are absolutely destroyed today from those plyo skier hops. Anyone else?
