How many rounds did Laurie do?

AMRAP in 3 minutes of:

  • 3 power cleans (135/95#)
  • 6 push ups
  • 9 squats
Rest one minute, then repeat, for a total of FIVE cycles.
WOD Notes:  You have 3 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) of 3 power cleans, 6 push ups, and 9 squats. Rest 1 minute, then repeat for a total of 5 cycles. Your score is the total number of rounds completed. For this WOD, only full rounds count toward your score, but keep track of every rep for your own record keeping!

    Great intensity at the 6:15am class today! Matt – I loved the power you put into the power cleans. Next time we’ll go even heavier! Linsey – congrats on surviving your first class. You did a great job today, and those power cleans were looking pretty darn good by the end! Killa – way to go all out and fight for the 4th round every time. And thanks for having so much integrity, after all that’s what matters most. (Killa was 1 squat away from getting 4 rounds in the 4th cycle, and she honestly reported her score as 3 + 17…)
