Community Notes: Remember to mark your calendars for our Fall Paleo Challenge kick-off meeting – this Thursday night at 7pm. We’ll talk a little about the Paleo diet, explain the three levels you can choose from for our challenge, and answer any questions you may have. Bring a pen and notepad, especially if the Paleo diet is new to you! The challenge officially begins on Monday October 10 and runs through November 10.

I’ve been eating my favorite non-paleo foods this week in celebration of the misery that is the first week of eating strict paleo. Will be good to do this though, definitely as good a time as any.
haha i did this all weekend! π BRING IT.
I had an ice cream sandwich for breakfast on Sunday. And I ate 2 marshmellows for dessert yesterday. I figure I have to get them out of the house because if they’re in the cupboards I’ll be tempted to eat them during the challenge, but if I only have good foods in the house it makes it easier to not cheat π
i have half an ice cream cake in my freezer! maggie moos!!! better work on that π
