    Dave, I have the solution and you only have to wait 1 day!

    Barbell club workout for Dave:
    – Work up to a heavy clean single (power or full)
    – Every 30 seconds for 12 minutes, do 1 clean at 80%

      I LIKE it. However, I kind of have my heart set on doing the “Big BAseline” from Saturday. If I wake up tomorrow morning and still feel shot, I’ll do that one. Actually, I LOVE THAT.
