WOD Notes:  The prescribed HSPU will be strict.  The sub for HSPU will be barbell shoulder presses at 65% of your 1 rep max.  Compare to 130907.

Schedule Notes:  The 6:15 a.m. and the 6:00 p.m. classes are cancelled for tomorrow.  We will hold the 9:30, 12:00, 4:00 and 5:00 classes.
