A whole bunch of inverted burpees!

Complete 27-21-15-9 reps for time of:

  • Thrusters (95/65#)

After each round, run 400m and complete 2 rope climbs.

WOD Notes:Β  Choose a weight for the thrusters that will allow you to complete each round in no more than 3 sets.

    Hello all!! I need to makeup 20.5 tonight and I was wondering if anybody would be around to be my judge? I was planning to start the workout around 5:30pm so I don’t disrupt the instruction during the 5pm class. Thank you!
