  • 21 deadlifts (185/133#)

  • 15 power cleans (185/133#)
  • 400m run
  • 9 jerks (185/133#)

Time cap: 15 minutes

WOD Notes: Weights are heavy today! Select a weight that will allow you to complete the deadlifts in 1-2 sets and the jerks in 1-3 sets. The cleans will mostly likely be singles.
