  • 15 pull ups

      Definitely come on in Phil – tonight we are purposefully going light to try to break up any remaining soreness in the quads. I’m with you – mine hurt to the touch!

      Really glad to hear about going light tonight! I’ve been icing and doing aleve all weekend for a pull/strain behind my knee. :-/

      I’m with you, Phil. I think Sara and I are going to do some running tonight to try and get the legs feeling better. Looking back at the five workouts I did last week … it was an epic week. Probably some of my favorite workouts so far.

    My quads are still a little sore. My pride feels a little better after redoing 12.4.
