    1) High hang clean 5×2 @ 40% 1RM clean
    2) Hang clean + clean + split jerk (2+1+1) x 3 then (1+1+1)x2 increasing weight
    3) 3×10 Z presses (bar, KB or DB)
    4) Ascending ladder by 3s to 15 of burpee box jumps and hang power cleans (60% 1RM clean)
