In for 4:30. Would like to get my Fran on Thursday. Chiro did some good work on my hip today and hope it heals it enough for thursday.

Im in for 5:30! I think my hiking battle wounds will be healed enough for Fran tomorrow.. How does Thursday work? Is there still a warm up at set times?
Krista – Thursday you can come in any time between 4:30 and 7:00 (and stay as late as 7:30). When you arrive, let us know what workout you plan to do. If others are doing the same WOD we’ll match you up! There will be a recommended warm up on the board that you go through on your own (or with a buddy). If you have questions on any of the movements, ask a coach!
